We
offer a unique approach to mentoring students. It's the village
approach, where many people are responsible for the education of
articling students. First, the Director of Human Resources will
be your main contact. She will then introduce and assign you a hub-leader
in each area of our practice. The hub-leaders are professionals
trained in management and have significant experience in their fields.
They work with you as much or as little as you need to offer guidance,
monitor progress, and foster open communication, ensuring that you
are comfortable and confident in your assignments.
