Our
philosophy is one of balance and collaboration. We believe in living
life well and to the fullest with the right combination of work,
leisure and family. We do not have billable targets. We do not encourage
our staff to work after hours or weekends unless absolutely necessary.
We work for a living, not the opposite.
We
take time for regular social activities. It helps us to work better
as a team because we get to know each other personally. We have
an annual summer party, an annual golf tournament, a holiday season
party, sports teams (including softball and ultimate), charity auctions,
and potluck lunches and dinners.
Finally,
we're not into pretense, just doing the job right.
