We
hire students with long-term goals in mind. In the last three years
we have had a 75% hire-back ratio. As with any business, however,
hire-back is, among other things, directly proportional to the company's
needs each year.
If
hired back, we encourage our professionals to continue their development
in each department to acquire solid working knowledge in each practice
area. We encourage them to spend at least six months working exclusively
in one department, learning from the experts. Our professionals
are given many opportunities and training to help them grow with
the firm. Cultivating the strengths of each person is the key to
our success.
