Celeste Naugler

Senior Paralegal

Celeste is a Senior Paralegal with the MBM’s Patent Prosecution team. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of United States patent practice including patent filings, administration and client services. Celeste regularly prepares and submits documents to the United States Patent Office such as patent applications, Assignments/Declarations, Corrected Application Papers, Information Disclosures Statements, Office Action Responses, Issue Fee payments and Request’s for Certificate of Correction, Amendment after Allowance and QPIDS. Celeste currently oversees and manages a full patent portfolio for a large multinational client. She corresponds regularly with clients and the U.S. Patent Office on all aspects of patent formalities and prosecution.

Celeste also has estensive experience working with Industrial Designs and Patents including Canadian, foreign Patent Practice and PCT procedure.
