Jennifer MacDonald

Litigation Paralegal

Jennifer is a paralegal with the firm’s Litigation Department. Jennifer has in depth knowledge of the Canadian Court system, including the Federal Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and various Canadian tribunals.

Jennifer is involved in all steps of the litigation process, including the preparation and drafting of pleadings and various court documents, gathering of evidence, and legal research. Jennifer assists in the maintenance and organization of the docket system to ensure no deadlines are missed. Jennifer liaises with the Federal Court Registry and the Ontario Superior Court to assure proper filing of legal documents. She is also involved in the assessment collections team.

Jennifer is passionate about animal rescue, especially the Boxer Rescue of Ontario, of which she is a volunteer. She also enjoys cooking and baking and keeps MBM and in particular, the Litigation Department well fed with her baked goods.
