Jeff Measures

Patent Agent

Jeff Measures is a Patent Agent with a wealth of experience in strategic patent portfolio development. Jeff can leverage his skills developed as In-house Patent Counsel for two large high tech companies towards large and small high tech clients, both for drafting a patent application for a particular invention, as well as helping clients determine where to focus their resources to ensure the most significant innovations are protected.

Jeff’s practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technical fields, with particular focus in the areas of computer technologies (including hardware, networking, and software) as well as manufacturing, mechanical, medical and oil field technologies. He also provides virtual in-house counsel services - as he is well suited to bring corporate in-house counsel experience to smaller clients who are not yet ready to hire their own.

Jeff is a registered Patent Agent in Canada and also has limited recognition to represent Canadians in patent matters before the USPTO.
