Marina Stipanac

Marina Stipanac is a Trademark Agent with MBM and is responsible for the management of the firm's Canadian filing department. Under her guidance, MBM has become one of the leading firms in electronic filings. Marina also has a wide range of experience in trademark searches and clearance opinions, domestic prosecution and expungement proceedings.

Marina worked as a teacher in Yugoslavia before moving to Canada and beginning her career in intellectual property law.

In her qualifying year, Marina won the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada's Scolarité Foundation Award for the highest mark on the Trademark Agent qualifying exam.
