Michelle Bursey

Michelle Bursey is both a Paralegal and an Administrator for the Firm's Patent Prosecution Team. She is responsible for records management and docketing of correspondence relating to the prosecution of Canadian patent applications. Michelle produces and reports submissions to the Canadian Patent Office and corresponds regularly with foreign clients. She prepares voluntary amendments, prior art submissions and daily patent action reports, as well as monitors the ongoing progress of official actions. She also assists Elaine Johnson in managing workflow and corresponding with clients regarding outstanding prosecution matters.
