Susan Chao

Susan Chao is involved with the legal issues relating to patents including inventorship, ownership, and due diligence.  Her practice encompasses patent portfolio management, the filing and prosecution of industrial designs, patent prosecution, and due diligence. She also has experience with legal opinions and trademark litigation.

Prior to joining MBM, Susan gained experience working at the McGill Legal Information Clinic. She also worked with Project Genesis, a community based organization in Montreal, providing legal information and services.
