Kayln Cybulski

Kalyn is the firm’s Human Resources Administrator. She is involved with the initial stages of interviewing and facilitates the orientation process. Kalyn ensures the accuracy of employee records and assists in the management of employee relations.

Prior to joining MBM, Kalyn spent three years at a large Canadian juice bar company where she was responsible for managing the HR needs of an evolving team of people. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa specializing in psychology.
