Kimberly MacMillan

Kimberly MacMillan is the Human Resources & Operations Manager for the Vancouver office. She is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, professional development & training, student programs as well as the administration of payroll & benefits and employee orientation. In addition, Kimberly oversees employee relations, performance management, HR policy & procedure as well as the smooth operations and maintenance of the Vancouver office.

Prior to joining MBM, Kimberly worked in senior management positions at high tech and real estate companies, and prior to changing her career focus to HR Management in 2000, she worked as a paralegal at a national firm.
