Diana Mansour
Diana Mansour is a member
of our patent legal team and her practice focuses on the
management and maintenance of international intellectual
property portfolios. She counsels clients on patent-related
legal issues including inventorship, ownership, entitlement
and patent formalities. Diana also negotiates and drafts
various intellectual property-related agreements, including
license agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure
agreements at various stages of technology development and
negotiation, research and development agreements, manufacture
and supply agreements, consultancy agreements, assignments,
some of which are quite contentious.
Diana has also been
involved with the legal and litigation aspects relating to
trade-mark, domain names and copyright matters, including
settlement agreements and license agreements, trademark
clearance and prosecution, expungement proceedings,
oppositions, and due diligence. She represents both government
and corporate clients and coordinates Canadian and foreign
prosecution of trademarks.
