Jane McMerty

Jane McMerty is responsible for the Examinations aspect of Patent Formalities related to the Canadian Patent Office. She also files direct entry applications. Jane works with Tammy Kelly on assignments, client correspondence, and filing at the Patent Office. Jane's responsibilities extend to opening new files and working with the Firm’s Accounting Department.
