Jane McMerty

As a Patent Formalities Specialist, Jane McMerty is responsible for the filing of applications, both National Phase entries and Canadian direct entries, in the Canadian Patent Office.  She is also involved in the filing of declarations of entitlement and assignments.  Jane's responsibilities include completion requirements and maintenance of the applications.
