Clare Sullivan

Clare Sullivan is the Human Resources Manager for the Ottawa office. She is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, professional development & training, student programs as well as the administration of payroll & benefits and employee orientation. In addition Clare oversees employee relations, performance management and HR policy & procedure.

Prior to joining MBM, Clare worked at two Ottawa High Tech companies on projects including employment standards & legislation, recruitment, employee relations and training & development.

Clare has a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University specializing in Behavioral and Organizational Psychology.
