James Wagner
James Wagner is involved with the legal
issues relating to patent prosecution and enforcement. He
practices principally in the area of intellectual property
litigation, particularly relating to patent, trade-mark,
copyright and trade secrets law. He has appeared before the
B.C. Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Canada.
Prior to joining MBM, James conducted
research in the field of Cell and Molecular Biology, and was a
Teaching Assistant for the Department of Biology and for the
Department of Biochemistry at Simon Fraser University.
As part of his legal studies James
attended the International and Comparative Intellectual
Property Law Summer Program at Oxford.
