Sara Webb

Sara Webb is the searcher for the firm's trademark department and conducts trademark searches in Canadian databases. Sara assesses the registrability and the availability of a proposed mark to identify any possible impediments to the registration, as well as any potential disputes that may arise in the future. Sara also conducts research to assist in trademark oppositions and due diligence proceedings, as well as brand strategy proposals. She examines the weekly Trademark Journal, organizes and maintains all search files, conducts conflict searches, and is responsible for domestic and foreign renewals.
