Carla White
Carla White's practice
focuses on all areas of intellectual property litigation
(patent, trade-mark, copyright and trade secrets) as well as
the prosecution and enforcement of Canadian and international
client patent rights.
Prior to attending law
school, Carla worked as a researcher in cell and microbiology
for a leading Canadian research-based pharmaceutical company
as well as for a global biopharmaceutical company. Carla
subsequently completed her articles at one of Canada’s largest
national business law firms where she gained significant
understanding of clients’ corporate legal needs.
