of the applicable government fees.
Once the application is accepted, it is
advertised in the Trade-marks Journal, and provided
that the application is not opposed, the trade-mark application
will proceed to allowance. Once use of the trade-mark has
commenced and the prescribed government fee has been paid,
a Certificate of Registration will be issued.
